Juanice Mickles serves as Director of Marketing and Office Operations at Helmsley Spear, LLC.

Prior to joining the company, Ms. Mickles was on the marketing and operations team at Avison Young, supporting the Tri-State investment sales division. During her tenure at Avison Young she wore many hats, including producing industry events, hosting CRM training sessions, spearheading projects to attract early career professionals, while elevating the Avison Young brand. Her professional experience also includes facilities management, customer service and hospitality.

Ms. Mickles earned a BA degree in business administration from Berkeley College.

In her downtime, she enjoys volunteering as a community health worker, attending networking events, birdwatching, and dancing.
