Ms. Okamoto serves as a licensed real estate salesperson with Helmsley Spear and has been living New York City since 2001 when she moved from her native country of Japan. Prior to joining Helmsley Spear, Ms. Okamoto was a licensed real estate salesperson at Bloom Real Estate Group specializing in the needs of Japanese-speaking property owners and tenants.
Ms. Okamoto is also a licensed real estate broker in Japan and worked there with a commercial and residential investment and development firm selling the company’s condominiums. She has maintained her ties with many Japanese companies with whom she has worked, and now represents several of them in New York City for their office space, retail space and hotels. Some of her clients includes Daiwa House, Mitsui & Co., Nakajima J-Lease and ITOCHU. Ms. Okamoto is fluent in both Japanese and English. A native of Kobe, Japan, Hiromi is a graduate of Kobe Yamate University and attended Baruch College.
