Hector Rodriguez serves as an Executive Managing Director at Helmsley Spear with a focus on leasing and investment sales in New York City.
Mr. Rodriguez is a licensed real estate broker with more than 20 years of experience with Tenant and Landlord representation. He has acquired extensive knowledge in property management and brokering both leasing and sales deals.
He joined Helmsley Spear after spending ten years as a Senior Managing Director with Savitt Partners where he represented various tenants in the healthcare industry such as NYC Health + Hospitals, Gotham Health, MetroPlus, and Columbia Care.
He previously served as Managing Director of ABS Partners where he managed a portfolio of ten New York properties with approximately one million rentable square feet. Notable tenants included Limited Brands, Publicis, City Year, Museum of Mathematics, and many others. Mr. Rodriguez also spent five years with Murray Hill Properties representing tenants in lease negotiations.
Mr. Rodriguez believes in fostering relationships and actively explores new opportunities. He resides in Westchester, NY and enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons.
