ERIC LASSOFF
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Eric Lassoff serves as a Managing Director at Helmsley Spear and specializes in tenant representation and landlord agencies.
Mr. Lassoff has over twenty years’ experience in commercial real estate with a focus on Midtown and Midtown South and has completed hundreds of transactions.
Before joining Helmsley, Mr. Lassoff worked at MHP. On the tenant side, he has represented ad agencies, architects, art galleries, editorial houses, educational institutions, engineers, non-profits, production companies, technology companies, and theatrical costumers. On the landlord side, he has represented Extell, Gray Block, Muss Development, Noam Corporation, Koeppel Rosen, and Thor Properties.
Mr. Lassoff was a Managing Director for 11 years at Colliers International (formerly GVA Williams) and started his real estate career at CBRE (formerly Insignia/ESG).
Mr. Lassoff earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications with a dual minor in Marketing and Advertising from Syracuse University. He resides in Stamford with his life partner, Doris.
