Brett J. Zelner serves as an Executive Managing Director and associate broker at Helmsley Spear, LLC.  Mr. Zelner brings more than 35 years of transactional experience in the commercial real estate community to the firm having specialized in office and retail lease negotiations and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Helmsley Spear, Mr. Zelner served as an Executive Managing Director at Lee & Associates NYC and prior to that, at Lansco Corporation where he had an illustrious career.

Mr. Zelner is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York. Mr. Zelner earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University.

Mr. Zelner resides in Westchester, NY with his wife and two daughters.
