RENE HAMILTON
Managing Director
Rene Hamilton serves as Managing Director at Helmsley Spear. At Helmsley Spear, he has expanded his business to include agency and ownership representation and works with BRP Companies and Swig Equities in marketing office and retail space. Previously, Mr. Hamilton acted exclusively as a tenant rep broker with Vicus Associates where he assisted middle market companies in financing, manufacturing and media in the procurement and disposition of commercial real estate.
Mr. Hamilton believes every client deserves a dedicated advisor who will work tirelessly for their benefit. He was recognized by Real Estate Board of New York as a rising star when named as the inaugural REBNY Fellows cohort in 2021, and was selected by his peers to speak at graduation. Mr. Hamilton sees collaboration and communication as key ingredients to any successful real estate transaction. He enjoys creating win-win scenarios for owners and occupiers. Further, Mr. Hamilton dedicated this award to two New York City non-profits: Directions for Our Youth (DFOY) and Council of Urban Real Estate (CURE).
Mr. Hamilton enjoy cycling and being a soccer dad in his free time. Mr. Hamilton attended Williams College in Massachusetts and now lives in New Jersey with his wife and two sons.
